How to Print and Save the Annual Financial Statements (Cloud)

What it is: The final step of producing the AFS — saving the finished document as a PDF or sending it to a physical printer.

What it's for

Once the AFS has been reviewed and all print settings have been applied, the document needs to be either saved as a PDF for electronic distribution or printed on paper. Both actions are performed from the Preview.

How to do it

Saving as a PDF

1. Open the AFS Preview (see Preview Annual Financial Statements).
2. Select the Download icon in the preview toolbar.
3. The PDF is saved to your computer's default Downloads folder.

Printing to a Physical Printer

1. Open the AFS Preview.
2. Select the Printer icon in the preview toolbar.
3. In the print dialog, select the destination printer.
4. Click Print.
